Arsenal sign Switzerland midfielder Reuteler from Frankfurt

Arsenal have completed the signing of Switzerland midfielder Geraldine Reuteler following her exit from Eintracht Frankfurt. The 27-year-old has signed a four-year contract and will wear the number 14 shirt for the Women's Super League side.

Career background

Reuteler leaves Germany after eight years in the Frauen-Bundesliga, having made 184 appearances in all competitions for Frankfurt, scoring 54 goals and providing 44 assists. She began her career at Swiss club FC Stans before joining FC Luzern, where she made her senior debut in the top flight at the age of 15. She joined Frankfurt in 2018, a year after making her debut for Switzerland. Reuteler has earned 91 caps for her country and helped Switzerland reach the quarter-finals of Euro 2025 on home soil.

Third summer signing

Reuteler becomes Arsenal's third summer signing following the arrivals of Georgia Stanway and Selina Cerci.
