Short overview

FIFA has selected 12 outstanding goals from the group stage of the 2026 World Cup. Fans have 48 hours to vote for their favorite, with the winner announced after the window closes. Subsequent votes will follow after each knockout round.

FIFA has unveiled a shortlist of 12 goals from the group stage of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, inviting fans to vote for their favorite. This is the first step in determining the Hyundai Goal of the Tournament. The initial voting window lasts 48 hours, after which the winning goal will be announced. Four subsequent votes will follow the same process after the Round of 32, Round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals (combined), and a final vote at the end of the tournament.
