Cucurella joined Chelsea from Brighton & Hove Albion in August 2022 for a fee reported to be around £62 million. After a challenging first season, he has become a more regular fixture under manager Enzo Maresca, featuring prominently in the Premier League and Conference League this campaign.
His comments suggest he is focused on his performances for the Blues and does not want distractions from outside interest, whether from La Liga giants or other suitors.
